Buying Persian herb mixes: match the dish and the form
Check the actual herb list and whether the recipe expects fresh, dried or rehydrated herbs. Sabzi mixes are not all the same product.

Read the blend name and the ingredient list together
A packet labelled for kuku is not automatically the same mixture as one labelled for ghormeh sabzi. For a concrete US retail example, Sadaf's 2-ounce Sabzi Kookoo listing names dill, leek, cilantro and fenugreek. Its 2-ounce Sabzi Ghormeh listing names parsley, leek and fenugreek.
Those are the ingredient lists on the two pages checked for this guide, not a definition of every family's blend or a guarantee that all packages keep the same formula. Read the actual packet before buying or cooking.
Fresh, dry and rehydrated are different measurements
Write down the form required by your recipe before measuring. A cup of chopped fresh herbs, a dry packet and drained rehydrated herbs describe different starting materials. This guide does not supply a universal weight or cup conversion between them.
Shadi Hasanzadenemati's sabzi polo recipe identifies fresh herbs and gives a separate dried-herb approach. That is a useful example of recipe-specific guidance; it is not permission to apply one conversion ratio to every rice, stew or egg dish.

Use the directions for the packet you bought
The Sadaf kuku product description calls for soaking and draining to rehydrate its herbs. Do not assume that every recipe calling for dried herbs wants that same preparation. Follow a recipe that specifies the product form, and keep track of whether its quantity is measured before or after preparation.
Check ingredients, allergen statements and directions on your own package. The cited Sadaf pages include shared-equipment notices; a short list of herbs is not by itself an allergen-free guarantee.
A useful shopping note is short
Record four things: the dish, the named herbs, their form and the amount in that form. Bring the note to the store or compare it with the product listing. When a packet differs, treat it as a recipe change rather than silently calling it identical.
