Culinara is an independent early-stage cooking website on feo.dev. We publish Persian and Iranian recipes, ingredient guides and practical shopping explanations for English-speaking home cooks, starting with ingredients available in the United States.
Our aim is to clarify unfamiliar names and product forms without treating one household's preparation as the only valid version. Choose a dish, understand its ingredients, and follow the relevant source notes rather than assuming that every substitution is equivalent.
An AI-edited pilot, not a professional test kitchen
AI assists with source research and writing. The project owner has delegated editorial acceptance to Culinara's AI manager. Pages labeled AI editorial review were assessed by an AI editor; that label does not mean a human editor reviewed them.
The recipes in this initial collection have not been cooked or tested by Culinara. We do not claim professional chef credentials, firsthand family traditions, or successful kitchen results merely because sources were compared. Each recipe states its testing status.
Small and useful first
The current pilot is a static content website with no advertisements, analytics scripts, accounts or newsletter. Advertising may become part of the business later, but acceptance by an advertising network has not been established.
Our editorial policy explains source handling, image credits, adaptations and corrections. The Contact page states the current limits of our communication channel rather than listing an unverified address.
